That's good. I had a boss once who wasn't very good at having fun. But he did read a lot of leadership books. So one day we got an e-mail suggesting that we need to have more fun. Followed by something like "please submit ideas for having fun to my assistant by Friday at 3:00."
Yeah... that didn't work too well.
