How can a city market itself? Well, Dayton is taking a shot at it with the development of TechTown. TechTown will be located on a 30 acre riverfront site near 5th 3rd Field, formerly occupied by GM. The interesting part of this new development is that the complex is going to be designed to be green. (environmentally friendly) That makes the project not just another downtown development, but something perhaps worth remarking about.
